The history of RVA Ravà & Associates started in 1972, when the founder, Vittorio Ravà, decided to open an accounting firm in Genoa, drawing from his entrepreneurial experience gained during his career working in the Genoa port.

Vittorio’s choice was strategic and over the years it has proven successful because it has enabled the studio, and all the professionals that work there, to combine know-how, personal experience and entrepreneurial tradition with an increasingly complex and dynamic environment. It is thanks to these strategic choices that the studio has been able to grow and expand its reach by opening offices in Milan and, in the past, Rome.

No less important are our extraordinary operations (M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate financial transactions) which have also transformed the studio’s original structure into a different current structure, made up of specialized professionals in different areas, thanks to the which we can guarantee the highest level of consulting services to all types of customers.
 
The professionals here at RVA have also gained may years of experience in the field of tax litigation and insolvency proceedings which represent an important working field for our firm.
